bz99 Terms & Conditions — Rules for All Players

1. Introduction and Acceptance

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms", "T&C", "Agreement") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "you") and bz99 ("bz99", "we", "us", "Platform") governing your access to and use of the bz99 website at bz99.today, including all games, betting markets, promotions, and related services offered through the platform.

By accessing the bz99 platform, creating an account, depositing funds, or placing any bet, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms in full. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not use the bz99 platform. These Terms should be read alongside the bz99 Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, both of which are incorporated by reference into this Agreement.

Use of the bz99 platform is restricted to persons who meet all of the following eligibility criteria. Players who do not meet these criteria are not permitted to register or use the platform:

• You must be at least 21 years of age. bz99 does not permit use by persons under 21, regardless of the minimum gambling age in any other jurisdiction.
• You must have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under the laws of your jurisdiction. Persons under guardianship orders or lacking legal capacity may not use the platform.
• You must not be accessing the platform from a Prohibited Jurisdiction. It is your responsibility to confirm that online gaming is lawful in your location before registering.
• You must not be registered on any self-exclusion list or be subject to any voluntary or involuntary exclusion from gambling services, whether applied by bz99 or any third party.
• You must not be an employee, contractor, director, or close associate of bz99 or any of its affiliate partners or software providers. Employees and their immediate family members are not eligible to hold a player account.

4. Account Registration and Security

To use the bz99 platform, you must register a single player account using accurate and current personal information. Each individual may hold only one account. The following registration and security obligations apply to all account holders:

• You must provide a valid Bangladeshi mobile number as your primary account identifier. This number will be used for account verification, password resets, and deposit/withdrawal processing.
• Multiple accounts (also known as duplicate accounts) are strictly prohibited. If multiple accounts are detected, all accounts may be suspended and any balances — including promotional balances — forfeited pending investigation.
• You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. bz99 support will never ask for your password. If you suspect unauthorized access to your account, contact bz99 support immediately using the email address provided on this site.
• Account sharing is prohibited. Your bz99 account is for your sole personal use. You may not allow another person to access, operate, or place bets using your account under any circumstances.
• You must notify bz99 promptly of any changes to your registered information, including your mobile number. Failure to maintain accurate account information may result in delayed or denied withdrawal requests.

bz99 uses SSL encryption to protect all account data in transit. However, account security also depends on the steps you take to protect your own login credentials and device. Always log out of your account when using shared devices, and never share your bz99 password with anyone.

5. Deposits and Withdrawals

All financial transactions on the bz99 platform are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT / ৳). The following terms apply to all deposit and withdrawal activity on your account:

• The minimum deposit amount is ৳500. There is no maximum deposit limit imposed by bz99, though your mobile wallet provider (bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay) may apply its own transaction limits per day or per transaction.
• Withdrawals may only be processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit. bz99 applies a same-source withdrawal policy to prevent money laundering and to comply with applicable financial regulations.
• bz99 processes withdrawal requests as quickly as operationally possible. In most cases, approved withdrawals reach the player's mobile wallet within minutes. In some cases, particularly where enhanced verification is required, processing may take up to 24 hours.
• bz99 reserves the right to conduct enhanced due diligence (EDD) on withdrawal requests that exceed threshold amounts or that are flagged by the platform's fraud monitoring systems. Such requests may be placed on hold pending additional identity documentation.
• bz99 does not charge a processing fee on standard deposits or withdrawals. However, players are responsible for any fees levied by their own mobile wallet or bank. These third-party fees are outside bz99's control and are not reimbursable.

All funds deposited into your bz99 account must originate from a payment source registered in your own name. Depositing funds on behalf of a third party, or using a payment method registered under another person's name, is a violation of these Terms and may result in immediate account suspension.

6. Bonuses and Promotions

bz99 offers various bonuses and promotional offers to eligible players from time to time. All bonuses are subject to the following general conditions, in addition to any specific terms stated in the individual promotion:

• Bonuses are credited to a separate bonus balance and may not be withdrawn directly. Bonus funds must meet the stated wagering requirement before conversion into withdrawable cash balance.
• Each player is entitled to claim each specific bonus offer only once. Attempting to claim a bonus multiple times — including through duplicate accounts — will be treated as bonus abuse and may result in account suspension and forfeiture of all associated balances.
• bz99 reserves the right to withdraw, alter, or cancel any bonus or promotion at any time without prior notice. Where a bonus has already been credited to a player's account, existing wagering requirements will be honoured unless the promotion was obtained through fraudulent means.
• Bonuses are only available to players who have deposited using their own registered payment method. Bonus eligibility may be restricted based on the player's country of residence, payment method used, or account verification status.
• Winnings generated exclusively from free spins or free bets are subject to wagering requirements as stated in the relevant promotion. Free spin or free bet winnings that exceed any stated cap will be forfeited automatically.

7. Fair Use and Prohibited Conduct

bz99 expects all players to interact with the platform in good faith and in compliance with these Terms. The following conduct is expressly prohibited and may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and permanent exclusion from the platform:

• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to interact with any part of the bz99 platform, including placing bets, claiming bonuses, or navigating game interfaces, without the prior written consent of bz99.
• Colluding with other players to manipulate game outcomes or exploit platform mechanics, including chip dumping in poker variants, coordinated roulette betting, or any form of match-fixing in sports betting markets.
• Depositing or withdrawing funds that are derived from criminal activity, or using the bz99 platform in any manner designed to facilitate money laundering, tax evasion, fraud, or any other illegal financial activity.
• Attempting to hack, reverse-engineer, scrape, or otherwise compromise the technical integrity of the bz99 platform, including its game servers, random number generation systems, or payment processing infrastructure.
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information at any stage — including during registration, KYC verification, bonus claims, or support interactions — or impersonating another player or bz99 staff member in any communication channel.

bz99 reserves the right to investigate all accounts and transactions at any time. Where prohibited conduct is identified, bz99 may recover losses, reverse transactions, forfeit balances, and report the activity to relevant authorities without prior notice to the account holder.

8. Responsible Gaming Obligations

All content on the bz99 platform — including but not limited to the website design, graphics, logos, text content, game interfaces, software, and compiled data — is the property of bz99 or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. No part of the bz99 platform may be reproduced, distributed, modified, or used for commercial purposes without the express prior written permission of bz99.

The bz99 brand name, logo, and associated marks are proprietary identifiers. You may not use the bz99 name or marks in any context — including social media, advertising, or promotional materials — without prior written authorisation from bz99. Unauthorised use of bz99 intellectual property may result in legal action.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, bz99 and its affiliates, directors, employees, and service providers exclude liability for the following categories of loss, whether arising in contract, tort, or otherwise:

• Any loss of profits, revenue, data, goodwill, or opportunity arising from your use of or inability to use the bz99 platform, whether or not such loss was foreseeable at the time you entered into this Agreement.
• Any service interruption, platform downtime, technical fault, or failure of any third-party software or payment provider that affects your ability to access your account, place bets, or process transactions.
• Any losses resulting from your failure to maintain the security and confidentiality of your account credentials, or from the actions of any third party who gains access to your account due to your own negligence.
• Any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages of any kind, even if bz99 has been advised of the possibility of such damages. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability for fraud, gross negligence, or death or personal injury caused by bz99's own acts or omissions.

11. Suspension and Termination

bz99 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at any time, with or without prior notice, where bz99 reasonably determines that: (a) the player has breached any provision of these Terms; (b) the player poses a fraud, money laundering, or regulatory risk to the platform; (c) the player is accessing the platform from a Prohibited Jurisdiction; (d) the player has failed to complete required verification within the time specified; or (e) continued operation of the account would expose bz99 to legal, reputational, or financial risk.

Upon closure of your account for any reason, all pending withdrawal requests for verified real-money balances (excluding bonus balances subject to incomplete wagering requirements) will be processed in the normal course. If your account is closed due to a breach of these Terms, bz99 reserves the right to withhold all balances — including real-money deposits — pending investigation and recovery of any losses suffered by bz99 or third parties as a result of the breach.

12. Amendments to These Terms

bz99 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Where a material change is made, bz99 will endeavour to provide reasonable notice to active players via the email address or mobile number registered on their account. Continued use of the bz99 platform after notification of any amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically. The current version of these Terms is always accessible at bz99.today/terms-conditions. The effective date shown at the top of this document indicates when the current version came into force. Previous versions of the Terms are not publicly archived and are superseded entirely by the current version upon publication.
